Cancellation of Orders:
At WePosters.com, we prioritize the swift processing and shipment of orders. Therefore, we can only accommodate order cancellations within 6 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please utilize our contact form (Contact Us) and select the ‘Cancel Order’ subject. Ensure that you provide the correct order number to facilitate the cancellation process. Kindly note that requests without a valid order number will not be processed. Upon successful cancellation, any payment made for the order will be refunded to your original payment method. If you used a credit card, a refund will be issued to your card. For PayPal payments, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. Please be aware that your bank or credit card issuer may place a temporary hold on the refunded funds for 1-3 days, as this is beyond our control.

- Non-Delivery: If you have not received your ordered products within the guaranteed delivery time of 50 business days, you are eligible for a refund or reshipment.

- Cancellation within 6 Hours: Should you decide to cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase, you can request a refund.
We cannot issue the refund if your order will not arrive because of the factors within your control (e.g. you provided the wrong delivery address), your parcel does not arrive because of exceptional conditions outside our control (e.g. not picked up at the pick-up point, not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural calamity) or if you cancelled your order after six hours of purchase.
If you receive a product that you no longer want, you can initiate a return process. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item remains unused and in its original condition.
